Farewell Spit Eco Tours
Alterations to existing office/display storage area, plus extension to the building
The existing building was in need to repairs and required to be upgraded to incorporate new toilet and staff room facilities, a display and internet room.
The new improved display area and bathrooms were built by incorporating the previously unoccupied old garage/store room.
The front facade of the building was given a total face-lift, with the existing stucco removed and replaced with a more traditional weather board look, by using a James Hardi Linear product. To continue with the more traditional colonial look a curved roof veranda was fixed to the front of the building.
The interior is now spacious and light, with the incorporation of velux roof tiles in the display area, with a large reception desk constructed by builders on site using recycled timber from Farewell Spit.

See what our clients say
"The Clingans are a clever clan
They do their business to a plan
Things come out right because of that
We always know just where we're at.
They built our garage and our deck
Our bathroom too. All went to spec
So thank you, Alan, Sam and Liz.
We tell our friends you're 'Just the biz!'" Heather and Russell McKendry, Parapara
